hi since crewe mail centre moved to warringtion ,,the postal service as gone down hill ,as it taking 2 week to sent a letter from 1 side of crewe to the other

You've got to love how the management response manages to heap the blame on us, instead of on the closure of crewe:

We were told today that these new delivery methods are being delayed in implementation until the New Year due to problems being experienced where it has been rolled out.

It doesn't take a genuis to work out that two guys are going to be claiming more time than one, it must be costing them a fortune.
