Hi last year I was taken into hospital, after I came out I had some rehab time. I have always suffered with migraines but the illness increased the episode I had by the middle of this year was on my final warning. This week I came down with flu I tried to work and my boss came out and helped me deliver my duty, the next day I was unable to even get out of bed and went to the doctor,he signed me off for one week. I need some advice on what to do as i don't want to loose my job as I am a one parent family I have worked for royal mail for 12 years. In todays climate within royal mail it seems that staff are scared to take time off for fear of being sacked.
