No need to work longer hours, just cut off at your finishing time, like my office did, keep it up and then you get more staff. Simples!

Is it possible for someone to send this newspaper report to Royal Mail Senior Management and CWU Executive. I would do it myself if I had any clue how to do it. Second thoughts, I expect they already have a copy and dont give a toss, as they are both hellbent on destroying Royal Mail in the name of privitisation.

Our office are going through changes, everyone knows its not going to work, in fact its not working now. Our office comments are "take the money for nothing and still cut anyway". Remeber overtime is only volutarily. You only need to work the hours required. Its rm fault for making the job unachieveable. Esp if your a reserve.

All you have to do is ensure no early starting........take your meal break........and cut off when your time comes.....Then there is nothing that the management can do.......If you are not completing your walk then there is obviously something wrong.....Let them sort it....they screwed it after all.......and keep smiling.......it worries the managers
