well we are signed up to a no pressure agreement and got s**t on with this new way of working last week we must off done at least 5 hours overtime
yep no f***ing money we carnt claim overtime signed up to a no pressure agreement

im delivering mail and see other postmen shopping

the rep in our office and the area rep know of this

we are HULL

Could you tell me what a "no pressure agreement" is?

As far as i'm aware as it stands that you can't claim any o/t and have to deliver all the mail no matter what time your finished at...seems a load of bull to me.

The 50/50 bonus scheme no longer exists,therefore the no pressure agreement no longer applies!
