sorry mate i aint beeing nasty just in my experiance (40 years in rm) london does not implement changes first the rest of the country suffers then they MIGHT put it in london dont hold your breath

big issue with London is NO parking anywhere for love or money, you be lucky once in a blue moon unless you start delivering at 5am in the morning.

Some London offices have deployed CDVs /delivery methods but they have been done from previous revisions ie Wimbledon , Streatham. In addition the new premier park site which houses 5 delivery offices have introduced delivery methods.

However as part of the BT 2010 National agreement offices will only have delivery methods if they do a walk sequencing revison. No office in London is anywhere near step 4 of the 6 step process. Why because the agreement gives you a lot of safeguards.

Remember step 4 has to be signed off to recieve the payment by both sides, so why are offices allowing revisons to come in unless their rep has signed the 4th step off.

I can accept if people were following the agreement that they would be in a postion to argue that the agreement has failed but all I have seen on here is , well the manager wanted this and told us we had to have this or the rep did not listen too us or that the members just wanted the money.

I don't recall anywhere in the agreement that said the delivery methods revision would be linked in any way to the sequencing revision - in fact it was two seperate revisions for which seperate payments of £200 for the delivery methods and £600 for the walk sequence followed by £200 after the revision but in any case not later than 6 weeks post revision. If there was a link why not wait until the WS came in and do both together, which would have been a simpler exercise.

Of course it depends whose interpreting the agreement and where you happen to be....................
