Is there an agreed prep rate for sorting into frame that covers all indoor time.
Can remember 11,12ish being mentioned somewhere.
Is there an agreed standard that can be used to threaten or conduct staff.

strange it's a wonderfull thing that IWT comes up with standards all of it's own.
And gives a handy printout of it too, just to help the troops.

But that means the mbrs have to do something and in my D.Oo they would rather make excuses.
Last week a mbr was moaning that he had to go and do a bit more IPS and when told we were absorbing said he might not have time due to having to doa bit more IPS. Naturally I told him to cut off, his response was to make very excuse he could think off. The clock dont lie and when it shows plenty of duty time left there aint much scope to make ones actions match ones words. Proably at best a handful of mbrs will make ensure their actions and words match up. So to them

in 7 years i had 1 sorting test at a rm 2000 frame, on ips mainframe not one.
we now have wsm, as i prep a few walks i love sequenced mail, but if you are on the same walk all the time it makes no difference.
