Re: BULLYING & HARRESMENT
If the others were found guilty of harassing you, then why were you moved to a diffrent office.

Re: BULLYING & HARRESMENT
To be honest I would say there is no case to answer if you went for an appeal. Its may appear unfair I know but RM Managers can only act on the information in front of them at the time and as you were not aware of your condition at the time, then any tribunal would say they acted in all fairness as they cannot take account of an unknown or undiagnosed condition.
You may however have a case to getting the first instance questioned because you did not have representation as allowed in the conduct code agreement - however it won't have much affect on the outcome of the 2nd instance after which you were moved as it is a separate case, so there may not be much point in doing anything.

THE UNION REP THAT REPERSENTED ME IN THE SECOND CASE WAS A HEALTH & SAFTY REP AND HAD HAD NO EXPERIANCE IN BULLY & HARRESMENT CASES, USELESS OR WHAT?

Re: BULLYING & HARRESMENT
First sorry to read about your predicament, but it is hardly the fault of the health and safety rep for having no experience in bullying and harassment cases because simply he or she would not have received any training from the CWU in how to handle such cases. As you can surmise bullying and harassment is generally thought to be a conduct issue and conduct issues therefore fall under the domain of the CWU Industrial Relations Rep.ZEPHER wrote:THE UNION REP THAT REPERSENTED ME IN THE SECOND CASE WAS A HEALTH & SAFTY REP AND HAD HAD NO EXPERIANCE IN BULLY & HARRESMENT CASES, USELESS OR WHAT?
Now as a health and safety rep myself I view bullying and harassment as affecting the physical and mental well being of the particular individual or groups of individuals concerned and therefore CWU HEALTH AND SAFETY REPS SHOULD RECEIVE SOME FORM OF TRAINING in bullying and harassment. Regardless of which rep one is, all CWU reps should make themselves fully conversant with Royal Mail's Bullying and Harassment Policy and Procedure.

Okay i didn't relise you were also found guilty of harassing them that clears up my confusion.ZEPHER wrote:YES THEY WERE FOUND TO BE GUILTY OF HARRESING ME, AND I WAS MOVED AS I WAS FOUND TO GUILTY OF HARRESING THEM.
I afraid i can't think of any helpful advice for you. I think you may want to contact your branch and ask if anyone there has had any training in supporting members with additional needs. i doubt that you will be placed back in your original office though.
