its a real shame its come to this.. the postman, meaning me and all other posties are doomed to complete physical and mental failure by the business. deliveries that are way beyond the physical abilities of any person, the union showing absolutley no support to its members, dave ward and billy hayes growing more chins blowing off senior managers, while sticking 2 fingers up at the members, us the postie who pay union subs so they can grow more chins. its only going to be a matter of time before some one passes out with physical exhaustion.. the human body cannot sustain such torture..

i predict sooner or later, as deliveries get later and later ..that a post person will be badly injured or killed by some irate customer ..who goes mental, that we are delivering at 4,5,and 6 in the afternoon ..this is just my assumption gathered from the comments i get while posting..

Can't the members start a vote of no confidence against the current leadership? A lot of people seem to be moaning about the agreement,so come up with suggestions about what we can do about it.By the way i voted NO!!!!!

Democratic ,vote was that the member voted YES....If you like it or not....There are many members in the CWU who are uneducated,and all they think of is the immediate lump sum payments. Thats why the RM always offers sweeteners in the pay agreements fully aware that these people always vote YES , the said people are not interested whats in the agreement just the money...

The same people also carry the vote...Isnt Democracy dreadful sometimes...

To a point, no one got a vote on the perfomance peramaters used for IWT and pegasus, they were agreed afterwards.
