are we entitled to have a vote on the new duty changes / vanshare which is coming into our office in the next few weeks ????? duties are sooooooooo long only superman on speed could complete them

The rep needs to get the OK from mbrs via a vote. The rep casts his opinon in the ballot just like the rest of the mbrs.

we are only get in 2 days to vote on are revison and it is a colsed ballot to union members only

Nowt wrong with that!!!!
A trade union balloting its members sounds like a bloddy good idea to me
RML want/need CWU agreement and dont give a stuff about how many OPGs are union mbrs.
Ive got a office of 66 but the mbrs number 50 only.
Therefore I m only interested in those who pay subs I aint giving out a free service!!!
Its the CWU balloting CWU mbrs and RML are perfectley happy to accept a vote on the basis of mbrs and not OPG's
