pedometer mileage park and loop

just used a pedometer with my park and loop 12.4 miles me and my partner have to walk and thats without parcels,the geneva convention states prisoners are only allowed to walk up to 12 miles in 24 hours.thanks cwu and the yes voters,i am starting cutting as from monday

I once used a GPS device to record my route, and it worked out at approximately seven miles, I dread to think what it will be after the revision!

How long did it take you to walk 12.4miles?

So prisoners get to walk at 1/2 mph whilst we have to walk at 4 mph,and they get a better uniform. :roll:

To be fair though i don't really see myself as a prisoner,more like an eight hour hostage! :sad:

That looks quite cool. Ive got pedometer and i average around 22,000 steps or about 11km :crazy:

The last time I checked my duty it was 25km and all done in about 5 1/2 hours :Very Happy

I fancied a Garmin Forerunner but if you start doing flats it loses the signal and the data becomes meaningless.
If possible all walks should be done using one.

get run tracker on you i phone or android phone for free it tracks your route and speed by gps

I'm a postman therefore I can't afford an IPhone or Android phone, all I can afford is a 5 year old Nokia (that has a wind up handle on the side :wink: ).

No smart or android phone for me either. I need a new watch aswell because my CAFC one has disappeared :hmmmm So the GPS tracker watch will do the job. Thinking of ditching my mobile for work purposes, why should I use my credit. They want us to use mobiles they should supply them.
