what happens if you dont get one in four saturdays off due to changes in your duty can you demand that they give you it ? :neutral:

Talk today in our office of 1 in 3 Saturdays off, but only some will get it, haven't seen the plan yet, but at a guess, the part timers will be shafted with this too. Wonder if this is what people voted yes for :crazy:

i got shafted and only managed 1 in 6 after being a spare for 7 years

Yet some f***ers get 1 in 4 and some get every saturday

how the f**k is this fair,

anyway i informed the dim dom ill be working my hours and no more.

The 1 in 4 won't happen to most offices, we where told that we couldn't have them because there was no money to fund them (and the savings they're trying to push through in our revision).

One in four? I've been doing the late/locking up shift, and have been working nearly EVER Saturday.

So, when everone's watching Wales beating the Aussies - we can hope! - I'll be locking up and taking the mail to the next centre and then returning.
I'll be lucky to catch the second half!
