I voted No and have not exactly made a secret of that see my blog.

But your points:

PAYCUT / PAY FREEZE - No pay freeze in deliveries, well in my DO most are losers some are winners.
ROYAL MAIL PRIVATISED - AFAIR that wasn't in the offer in fact it was only about 6 months before that Labours Bills was shelved.
INCREASED D2D (with payment removed) - Yep that was there but I still didn't vote for it - and I suspect most on here didn't
REVISION INCREASED ROUND SIZE - Not yet here - and only if you change shift patterns, duty make-up etc. Although again some have shrunk as well.
INCREASED SUB PAYMENTS - Sorry do you understand the separation of Union and Royal Mail - Voting for the 2010 agreement had no impact on the subs increase at all. Increase in subs and rate is decided at conference.

Score 3 out 5 for relevance pity 2 had nothing to do with the agreement.

the whole situation stinks of farce.....the fools who voted yes were just taken in by the carrot royal mail dangled ( C A S H B O N U S), theres always going to be something rotton when cash bonuses are involved. then theres the staff who didn't recieve voting slips....or were they taken in with the carrot and too scared to admit they voted yes and f****d up, then theres the staff who just couldn't be arsed to vote so thats counted as a yes.....whatever, it all f***ing stinks.....

Perhaps for some it wasnt a carrot being dangled, bit of a scrawny carrot if you ask me.

Maybe it was simply have faith, a union member having faith in their union leadership is a perfectley normal concept.

If that faith is not shown to be well placed then hell have no fury like a CWU member scorned.

Couldn't believe the voting result.

It is time for a change of voting system. Only Delivery Postman should vote for this and Mail centre staff to vote for their work voting not both together.
