I've been off sick for 6/7 weeks now and I've not received one call from my DOM or a LM. I'm always hearing of people being off sick and getting harassed with phone calls from their offices. But I've heard nothing not even a letter. Its been nice not being hassled by them but I'm getting nervous now thinking they are planning something

Same here... My DOM wanted to meet up with me last Thursday at a local D.O. I turned up, they didn't. Not replied to my voicemail or emails either.

Tried to get my back on rehab but my Dr said no until the Neurologist had been consulted and now I'm awaiting an MRI scan so I won't be allowed back yet by the Dr either.

You're off that often or on light duties when you're there they've not noticed you're missing again

I might be missing in action

bet they don't come and visit me in hospital tomorrow

I've just had my phonecall telling me when my MRI scan is. I'm not going to bother telling my DOM until they reply to my previous correspondences.

Maybe someone's told 'em you're applying for a shotgun licence, after they read my suggestion of same, put 2 + 2 together, and decided that what they have to say can wait till "...we see you again, it's not that important, tbh...erm...if that's ok with you, Stormproof please don't hurt me - I've got a wife and 2 pie shops and a coffee machine to support

I wouldn't worry SJ, I'm first in line for SP to kill (I believe even before the managers) and all because I happened to call her scooter a moped

What that girl needs is a proper bike - with a manual gearbox bolted ( or cast ) onto the engine - some of the old boys at the Ace Cafe laughed as they told me that whenever a scooter turned up there in the old days, they'd wait till he went inside, then pick the scooter up & dump it in the river Brent behind the Ace

( that should piss her off & as I'm closer, then you're safe as long as I'm ok

BTW my scooter has a manual gear box
and DGP you know I'm not going to shoot you, RM will finish you off then I can bury you under the patio D2, body part battleships

Yeah, but it's a step thru, and it's slow and ( if it's Italian ), it'll be crap, with worse electrics than a piece of Brit-s**t Lucas 6vDC....I'll stick with my rice burning multi cylinder thanks, loads of POWER, and doesn't know what a workshop looks like

You're in so much trouble if you keep insulting her moped, at least I have the Irish sea to protect me but you she will find in an hour and then she'll play 'dead body battleships' with you

If you knew what peds are like ( and coming from bike mad NI you should ), then you'd know that what I said is about as close to a compliment as you can get for a moped
