the problem in our office we as an office has not voted on anything including the duties , we seem to being push to get these in by 15th nov start and the rep just sits there like a plank , we all know these are not doable in the time , what can we do ?

We had our revision ,non Sequenced over a month ago ,
Guess what we are now doing substantial amount of extra work,and still no bonus despite the agreement saying 3 weeks ,and we never got a vote on it simply told it was happening with the CWU in agreement.

I thought you had input in the construction of the new deliveries - were your members not kept in the loop. I thought this wasn't really a revision because no HCTs or CDVs were involved in the new deliveries - which would suggest that it was just a table top walk revision which was a pointless exercise under the circumstances. You need the input for geo route to plan the deliveries - which may bear no relationship whatsoever to what a tabletop exercise produces, so why bother?

Why?

Ask those above me, divisonal level agreement I belive to do tabletop due to lack of planners. CWU thinking was release the £200 for members sooner rather than later and get attendance patterns in for the members.

I was expecting planner and pegasus then the above was sprung on us out of the blue.

Mbrs were kept in the loop, but some suffer from parnoia induced by those with vested interests.
