Quite a drastic change methinks if you are getting 50 houses PLUS a WHOLE other round added.
So into the repick I would say.

If you have been on your own walk for over a year. And your walk only gets another fifty calls added to it does this mean that your walk does not have to go into the repick. I have been told that this is the case if your walk does not change by more than 25%. Also its going from a bike duty to a cdv. Any help with this is much appreciated

From what I have heard there is no set % where duties can be left out of a repick only that there is no major changee. Unfortunately I would think a change of delivery method (Cycle to CDV) would count as Major Change.

I would imagine that the change in delivery methods alone would constitute major change...as would any change in indoor work/attendance patterns and start/finish times.....it isn't just the number of calls.

Daunting? Surely shoving letters through a letter box is the same wherever you do it. Takes time to get used to a new delivery but it aint rocket science. Re-pick means just that. Wait till its your turn and pick a duty from whats left. Next people who have been on a duty over christmas will claim they can keep it at the next re-pick cause they did the round during the heaviest time of the year.
