I left in May just in time to avoid the new agreement. What is the job like now? Is park and loopy in full force along with the 8 D2D's a day? Still can't believe how we got shafted by the union.

job is a lot worse now ..as part time .95 per cent of the time i have to make up d2ds before getting out ...and d2ds add extra time on to delivery .mail volumes and packets have gone thru the roof .rarely get the break i am supposed to ..not that i got it much before may ..no chance now

No D2Ds whatsoever, absortion has been cancelled, walks have been slashed in half and the DIM gives everyone a coffee and a newspaper as they walk in the office every morning!

Knew I left at the right time. So what about park and loop? Noticed all the vans have barnados logos on the back. Shame they aren't so charitable to their own staff. Have saturday ealry starts gone out the window as well? Hope there aren't any footie fans on here

Morale is low the union seem none existent managers doing as they please with regards to opgs work.

Wanting us to lapse more and more duties,corrupted figures coming out of M/Cs.

Un-realistic Bsi rates ,prep rates etc etc

Jesus how can it get so bad? Are the full timers on less money now as well with D2D payments done away with? Still can't believe the union sold us out. I would form a 'Delivery Postman's Union' and get everyone to walk out the DO's. Bollocks to the CWU and bollocks to the courts. This can't be accepted.

Well said Just Nuke unfortunately our leaders are happy with what's going on in D/Os across the land .

The only people to benefit out of this agreement are the folk that gained the D2D supplement regardless of whether they do them or not.

In total im about £1400 worse off just on the D2Ds alone .

Have the union leaders taken a pay cut like we have with this shite agreement.

Oh how bright the future is and I fully agree with you that we should IF POSSIBLE leave the CWU and set up our own union.

But that can only happen in an ideal world and we certainly don't live in one.

Im so annoyed with the CWU at present as they seem to have lost the will to fight for its members.

I suggest during this period of calm Dave,Billy and the mob come out of there ivory tower don a blue shirt and walk the walk.( Ideal world springs to mind with that suggestion)
