People start early at our place, though in fairness, we're still on job and knock so you can understand why. WHEN we have to absorb, I wonder if they'll still be coming in early? The answer quite probably being yes.

job and knock doesnt exist anymore....you are 3 years behind times..bet you all took the benefits that came out of the agreement though...

You can't change until change is forced upon you - job and knock is still unofficially in practice. Although some of us have rounds that mean we have to work our time most days

The 2007 Agreement is meant to be a partnership between the RM and the CWU...It is not meant to be a one way street. In theory the local CWU has a part to play in its success or failure.

And to the delivery staff who slate the agreement, there are more delivery staff in RM than in any other part of the business...
Therefore, as there was a YES vote in the two recent pay agreements,delivery staff all over the country must have voted for it....
