Are you changing your attendance patterns or just your start times and how much involvement has your office had?

The agreement does warn that.....

Employees who wish to retain their current contracted hours will have the option to do so, however all employees will need to recognise that in order to provide innovative attendance patterns and duty structures they will need to embrace change which may mean an alteration to attendance times.

I'm not 100% sure either, but if any employer changes your start / finish times, if you do NOT put in writing a disagreement within 13 weeks then that becomes your de facto start / finish time ( I remember all this from the change of start times after P&M 2007 - I didn't pull my finger out and put my disapproval in writing & have since ended up starting an hour after FTs - but, due to sickness / holidays, I am due to reach 13 weeks of 5:30am starts soon, and hope to use that as extra leverage to get a FT contract - fingers crossed )
