Our spdo works on the 5 weeks on 6th week off scheme. We've been given the leave list for 2011-2012 but haven't had the rest weeks included on it because we might be going onto a 5 day week.
Our spdo hasn't had a revision (yet) and nobody has voted or even talked about what duty patterns we'd like as a office, is there anything we can do about this as were all quite happy as we are and don't really want a 5 day week.
