Is the "First Line Fix" money still available to offices and if it is, how would you find out if that money had been allocated to your office?

Yes - gone! We are having to make a song and dance for just a few hundred quid for essentials for the revision.............. they're saving up for the managers redundancy money apparently.

The first line fix is stil alive, the FLF is not Allocated to a unit now, staff have to make a request and submit it that is then prioritised with other requests
An Example would be that a shift decides what is required and puts forward that request then it is channelled through the shift manager to submit To the relevent department
