i am after some advice please the office i am currently in has not had a dom for the last 3 months we keep having odd jobs well i have sorted out my own transfer to a office closer to home but the nomark we have at the minute is doing his best to stop it i am ment to start at my new office monday but he says he has not sorted the paper work out so hes going to delay it he was ment to phone my new office today but when i went to see him when i got back he had gone home i phoned my new dom and she says hes not been in touch and shes getting peed off with it is there anything i can do to stop him being a tool thanks

Get onto your rep or your area rep to have a word with him.

Your in a bad position as at the end of the day the dom at your current office has to release you, so its down to him and he probably knows it. You need someone other than you, to tell him to stop being a tosser. If you do it it could take even longer to happen, if at all.

always ask your unit rep or ring yor area rep and explain what has not happened with your transfer

and say you feel your being discriminated against by management.

or say to your acting dom if he has no-time to phone or do his paperwork yet still goes home early

that you will ask to see the area-manager and let him deal with the matter.

but if you have operational problems in your office i.e (short staff or long-term sickness).

this could delay your transfer. anyway hope it goes well at your new office.

He can delay your transfer for a maximum of 28 days for operational reasons,but that is if you are transfering using the offical transfer system.As you arranged your transfer yourself I don't think the rules apply.
