The D2D payment is 52 weeks a year therefore you WILL be expected to take the D2D during Christmas pressure.

after being shafted over sa's that they have taken off me , and being shafted on the repick. I will not be working one minute of overtime

There will be plenty of cut offs over xmas from me :nana

Plus its a " delivery supplement" we dont get paid for D2DS :left:

its DISGUSTING the slots cant take it,our knees and backs cant take it and the customers cant take it ! - the only people that can take it our the bin men ....AWAY !

Why is it "disguting"???? Its not YOUR problem the slots cant take it is it..?as for your knees and back...then make up more pouches, lighter ones at that...its not rocket science, is it...???? :whistle :whistle

you can blame the members who didnt bother to vote and the union executive who thought this would be a good deal for us. More money WRONG more family friendly hours WRONG job protection WRONG.

In any case i'd still have more respect for someone that voted yes than didn't vote at all,it's got to be the easiest job in the world to use your vote in,i mean it's not as if anyone's not near a postbox! :arrrghhh

it baffles me why there wasnt a two way vote one for mail centres (dont deliver d2ds.lapsing,increaseing dutys,5-6 hours outside work,lost d2d money, and one for delivery staff and see what the split was and who voted what. anyway it cant get no worse, ill dont think ill be backing the union again.
