if you have a year off sick how many years do you have to be back to qualify for full sick pay again thanks

Be lucky if you managed a year off these days - it's more like if you have a day off sick, you are seen as a candidate for ill-health retirement

I have been on on sick now for 5 months and still ongoing after operation,may have to have another. was told by union it takes about 3- 4 years to build up your sick days agin. he wasnt sure but said you get 1 day back for every coule of weeks you work. someone on here bound to know exactly what it is.
