Colleagues

Please find attached for your information a WCM document in the name of Dr
Hajime Yamashina. The document is over a year old and some if not all of it
may be familiar to you.

It continues to be a disappointment that management choose not to provide us
with this information directly and I continue to welcome copies of any
relevant information that you may be in receipt of.

What a load of shite ,this Japanese excellence crap is so 1970"s and it wasn't true then. If the land of the rising sun is so s**t hot on modern efficient business practice ,how come they have the worlds biggest GDP/spending deficit. @224%

Because they've basically been in resession for about 10 years. After the bursting of the worlds biggest every property bubble.
Don't worry we are on our way to join them. We won't get into debt of 224% of GDP the genral public in Japan are affluent enough to lend their goverment as much money as they need. we're not there would be a bond strike long before then!

It is all bollox.Royal mail will never be allowed to be truly competitive ,as a publicly owned company,by the Regulator.
Any preparation for competitiveness therefore can only be preparation for the dodgy sell-off.
