re-signs

I would like to ask the reps on here that when it comes to a re-sign in your office,do you go by the words of the agreement,or do you go by what you think is fair.I ask this question because there have been quite a few questions regarding re-signs in the past and it seems different offices use different methods,although there is only one agreement.

Could any reps also clarify the ins and outs of seniority in a duty repick, whether full time / part time makes a difference etc etc.
