Smaller offices wont get bonuses
Can anyone please cheer me up a bit. Has anyone with an office with approx 100 workers or less got or on the verge of getting the walk sequencing revison bonus? All i am getting info about is the big offices doing all the revisions and getting walk sequenced mail therefore triggering the bonus. As a smallish office we have had ours put back twice now and at the moment its the end of March. Small tweaks are being made to deliveries so we get walk sequenced mail in January but the bonuses are only triggered with a full revision as well. Just getting the feeling we are gonna lose our £1000 bonus especially with a buy out on the horizion.

You should still get it BTW March is pretty quick ours is planned for April 2011 but the agreement still has 2 1/2 years to run.celerycelery wrote:Can anyone please cheer me up a bit. Me personally I am not worrying about the bonuses at all they are fleeting things soon forgotten. I'd be more concerned about getting the revisions and workloads at a reasonable and fair level and if that takes the whole 3 years of the agreement so be it. Mind you we got stung under the last revision when it was rushed in under the old management/bonus culture and have barely recovered since.

Our revision keeps getting put off because it looks like they need to put in more hours to make the office workbelle smith wrote:I could happily wait for our revision. If there are no savings to be made, your revision will take place in the last 10 minutes of the 3 year deal.

Re: Smaller offices wont get bonuses
We are actually due to start RECEIVING walk sequenced mail within the next month (North-east)however no revision activity has taken place, and no mention of new duty structures.
We have previously been Geo-routed,so what exactly constitutes the non-sequenced,walk sequenced transformational bonus trigger points.

Re: Smaller offices wont get bonuses
Problem is our duties are all pretty much ok at the mo so cant see what a full revision will do any different. We used the same delivery tool last time for the duties, as will be used this time, so cant see many changes. Thats why with the walk sequenced mail being done on the deliveries we have at the mo i cant see why they would change them all again in March. Could probably save £75,000 in bonus payments to our office alone if a revision never materialises.TrueBlueTerrier wrote:You should still get it BTW March is pretty quick ours is planned for April 2011 but the agreement still has 2 1/2 years to run.celerycelery wrote:Can anyone please cheer me up a bit. The 3 bonus payments (£200, £600 then £200) are all triggered by a revision. They all state the payment will be made after a full Walk Sequencing REVISION. If you only get the Walk Sequenced mail then that triggers NOWT.robd wrote:We are actually due to start RECEIVING walk sequenced mail within the next month (North-east)however no revision activity has taken place, and no mention of new duty structures.

The speed these revisions are going at we will be privatised before they come in. Then the revision bonuses will be the 10% share thing the ConDems keep spouting about.

Re: Smaller offices wont get bonuses
So we've already been Geo-routed (No need for a non-sequenced revision),and if we get walk sequenced mail,we don't neccesarily need a revision?celerycelery wrote:The 3 bonus payments (£200, £600 then £200) are all triggered by a revision. Exactly the same happening at our office. Probably will happen all over the country as well from now on. Our sequenced mail due in january and cant see them changing walks again in march for a revision which isnt needed.robd wrote:So we've already been Geo-routed (No need for a non-sequenced revision),and if we get walk sequenced mail,we don't neccesarily need a revision?celerycelery wrote:The 3 bonus payments (£200, £600 then £200) are all triggered by a revision. Re: Smaller offices wont get bonuses
Weve just completed the tabletop revision, well, what i mean by that is i just agreed to the savings they wanted so that the members get their first bonus for x mas.
Of course this is gonna fck a lot of people up, because the hours wont be there. But the way i see it, the only people who wont be fked up is the people who do the job properly, and at finish time either cut off or claim. Tired of blocking savings so the runners can make a fool of me. The runners and the managers are gonna find it difficult from now on, me
, and my loyal members are in docket heaven from now

Re: Smaller offices wont get bonuses
Correct. We've been told today that once our revision goes through we get the 600 and 200 (we already have WSM). But the 200 for a non-sequenced revision, which we haven't had, will only be paid upon a further revision and further savings in April next yearcelerycelery wrote:The 3 bonus payments (£200, £600 then £200) are all triggered by a revision.
