If moved to another office which local agreement is in force

Just curious if anyone knows, if you are in a DO and a local agreement is made does that carry over to any DO you go to?

For example, if we as part timers do not do absorption in my DO and I get sent to a DO that does, do I have to do it? I know it is a question of working your hours but in principle, if my office does not see time within my duty.

If you get sent to another office and after accounting for your travelling time and making allowances for the fact you don't know the area and won't be as quick as a regular postie, if there is time in your duty hours to lapse as well, then lapse you should.

But what if you come from an office that is on a 3.5hr delivery span and you get sent to an office that has elected to move to a 4hr span before a Delivery methods Revision, should you have to do a 4hr delivery?

What if you are moved to another office and have arthritis in both feet, accompanied by a letter from ATOS stating this and the fact you are going to be significantly slower due to this (begs the question why bother in the first place)
