Can anyone point me to the safety compliance tick list that I seem to remember seeing as part of the 6 step process?

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Thanks for the reply. 
I've had a look but its not on there. I seem to recall seeing a document that showed a tick process, where the Safety Rep signed off each phase of the agreement. If the safety side of things were not done, then no further progress was made until compliance was met.
I've tried searching using key words, but for the life of me I cant find it again.

Take a look in the downloads forum although i'm thinking you might of done that already,there are 'phase 2 review sign off' and phase 3,4 ect in there is that it.
