revision update
I hope a union rep can clarify this for me, we are due to have revision within the next 2 weeks. in the way of working which our rep is working from it says if your duty remains unchanged it will not go into repick.. his words if one house is changed it go`s into repick. is this less than 25% change correct to be able to remain on duty if so can someone tell me where to find evidence of this

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: revision update
Although I work in a MC I had this problem when we were going to have a re-sign.Both management and the union wanted all duties to go into the pot,i showed them the agreement about the 25% etc,but they didn't want to know.I then rang our regional resourcing manager who has overall responsibility for any resourcing issues in our region. He looked into it, found that i was right and told the MC manager that the re-sign has to be done according to the agreement. If you PM me tell me where you work,i will give you the number to call.boohoo wrote:I hope a union rep can clarify this for me, we are due to have revision within the next 2 weeks. in the way of working which our rep is working from it says if your duty remains unchanged it will not go into repick.. his words if one house is changed it go`s into repick. is this less than 25% change correct to be able to remain on duty if so can someone tell me where to find evidence of this
