Just curious,when you have a revision a 2010 one or those that went on before,you get the 12 week review thing to iron out problems ect dont you.
When the bits are done,is it a case of it's done like it or lump it and that's it or do we get to vote on the changes,baring in mind duties you've signed for may have changed.
NOT talking about a resign just a vote on the new changes.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

We got told in WTLtoday thatwhen the duties have been changed before we actually do them , we have a chnce to say that they are too long, 
they said this last time and nothing was ever done,
Some of us was saying this today about voting on it. plus also been told that because of some of folks put down 6 week waddingtons with a second sat off then all P/t may not be able to F/T
it just beggers belief each week how things change,

The review process is not a trial period it's just for the minor wrinkles...the duties shouldn't need changing that much.
