shaffed yet again

Post by trouble »

As we know -- everything was to be 100% transparent and the local reps and men were to be involved at all stages.
Phases 1 & 2 the most important -- if information is not entered correctly here it will throw the rest out.

Questions and concerns raised by the office with both the DOM and planner were not answered.
Men not happy -- this resulted in a failure to sign off theses early phases.
The local rep is doing the best she can, would not want her job for love nor money. She gave detailed reasons for the failure to sign off these phases and handed them to the area rep, DOM, planner, and SOM after weeks of trying to get her to sign them off.

Posters now say phases 1 & 2 are 100% complete -- planner and DOM can sign off phases 1 & 2 as no cwu involvement is required.
Not what was told to her at the workshops.
The rep contacted her superiors 2 days ago only to be told this is true and OK and that she does not need to worry about it.

This shows yet again how both RM and the cwu keep changing the goal posts, are they in colusion.
There is no backing from the area reps and everything is been manipulated.
All the area reps seem compromised by RM.

Is this only happening in NI or is this happening everywhere?
The workforce are been conned time and time again when will all the lies stop.

What are the cwu HQ saying about these issuses.

Phase 1

Once you have met and discussed the aspirations of our members it is now, you have to look at tying them into the overall objectives of the revision, and this should be done at this stage. As well as tying in members aspirations’ it is essential that you highlight the importance and need for facility time throughout the revision process to ensure you have a “hands on” approach throughout the revision process, without facility time you will find it very difficult to keep on top of the discussions within your office. If this can’t be agreed locally then process the discussions through the Industrial Relations Framework.

Phase 2

A lot of the data gathering is done by the planners and the Dom however, it is essential that this information is shared with you and you check that all delivery points are in the revision, A+ is up to date, what walking speeds are they using, what is the call rate and has it been agreed with you. You can access further advice and what you need to look for on http://www.cwu.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
No CWU involvement said the ADR! :whistle

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

same here, our rep was told we only need your input at step 4, won't give him release or anything! so that's looking good for us!
