Dont the feckers know we're in the midst of a recession, we all have to cut our cloth accordingly, this is blatantly picking on the working class, the last bastion of grace we have, a nice warm cup of tea/coffee/soup before we are relentlessly smacked over the head with propaganda.

We all need to rise against this capatalst nonsence and make a stand.

From now on Im boycotting the machine and making my own, mind I only have 1 per day so not too much of a stretch for me, some people are knocking out 4 or 5 cups of the stuff before 7am.

DONT BUY FROM THE MACHINES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

already have, all we have is a vending machine, for example a snickers is 55p go to the garage across the road and it's 40p

If you got yourselves organised as an office you could buy tea and coffee in bulk and it probably wouldn't cost more than 5p/cup.

In our office it went up last week to 40p. 24hr boycott one day a week that is what i say.
Lets all pull together on this one & get something organize please dont just take it on the chin.

Loads of us bring our own coffee,tea,milk,sugar,we have our own kettle so we make our own drinks,machine stuff is way to expensive so alot of us have stopped using them.

Apparently some well organised offices are using their first line fix to subsidise the coffee machines with some machine prices down to 15p.

I have tried several times to sort this out for our office via the area manager etc but no luck so far.

blooming nora has everyones coffee machine gone up in price?40p ours is now and 70p a bag of crisps. wouldn't mind but the coffee is weak and the crisps aren't brill lol
