Putting Door to Doors Together.

Am I right in saying in the agreement we were supposed to be allocated time to put our door to doors together.
I have 4 lots this week and no time is allowed to put them together.
In my office this don’t exist. You either come in early and do them or through your break.
D.O.M say’s if you have 2 lots don’t count. 3 lots don’t count. 4 to 5 he will monitor it.
It’s a joke. We are forced to go over now. Who can I see about this.

when i go in the first thing i do is make my % D2D for that day and put them in the frame

There's a process for doing D2Ds in the downloads somewhere but I'm too tired to find it at the minute, maybe teebs knows where it is.

but from memory you prep all your mail first and after that you put your D2Ds into your frame for that day (do not put them inside each other).

This is still the case in my office, people come in early, prep their D2Ds at home and some still use their cars.I don't think it will ever change.Nearly all of them are the strike breakers(being polite) who still seem oblivious to whats happening around them.I've tried to explain to them that there wouldn't have been need for a strike if they'd have grown a back bone and done the job properly and shown the job up for what it is.
We carp on about RM this RM that.As a rep tackling RM is childsplay,just stick the agreements under there noses and they're beat, its the members thats the problem!

WE've got 5 this week and one of them is a plastic clothes collection bag for the salvation army. Who have thought RM would come to delivering these things. You put one in the fitting and the fitting is full. Probably make us collect the full bags on delivery as well soon. Also, you mention a break we don't get a break at all. This job is now ruined. Thanks to Hayes and Ward's shite involvement we've become pack horses. They haven't got a clue between them. Anyone who says they've done us a favour protecting jobs, is deluded. That boys is a FACT!!

I know this is s**t advice but you either claim extended or you cut off, under the old system i refused to do them in my own time.
