ANY REPS KNOW TPM RULING FOR MECH?

Just had a full resign at my MC.Many mech staff have switched to manual duties as have had enough of machines.Been told that until the people who have just signed into the mech are trained for it,we have to still go over and run the machines(haven't got a problem with this).
At the mo you only get TPM payments if you are a duty holder(no TPM for OT or SA,fair enough),the problem arises from people who were mech and are now manual,and have to go cover a machine,for say 2hrs etc.Management are saying we only get paid TPM for the time we are on there,down to the minute,NOT a full days worth(Local agreement they say,with who i dont know!)Can anyone clear this up?Is there a national guideline for TPM payments?Any help would be nice.Don't want any more than we're due,just a fair deal,cheers

The TPM agreement is below,all it mentions is the Advanced TPM allowance,page 5 7-b...

The TPM payments goes by number of days you've been on the machine, it doesn't matter for how long. Actually, the form used in bookrooms to claim TPM, Vpay, only allow whole days to be input, not hours and minutes. So if you are only a few minutes to cover a meal break, you get a full day worth of TPM.

That's good news but i'm thinking he's going to need paper work on this.
