The vast majority of delivery frames at my D.O are a base and 3 wings, has anybody any views/comments on how easy to manage frames are with a base and five wings?

Are you talking about the sections on a RM2000? Most frames in my office have 5 (3 plus 1 wing on each side).

How many columns is that then Daz?
I have 5 so is that a base and 2 wings? pic below,not mine though.
We have a few that have 2 bases in an 'L' shape.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Maximum RM2000 frame should be base and 2 wings either side. Please look on the RM intranet on RM2000 frames its on their own web. Anything more is a H&S issue.
We have had an ergonomist report by Romec on this matter and won our case.
