Is every office the same..?/ The guys who are coming in at there time and doin the job properly are all struggling to do the job in the hours allocated now? Most moan like hell bout having to work past there time near every day while 1 or 2 like me have a life outside of the royal fail and leave mail if needed. We end up looking like the bad guys .THree quarters of office now are in an hour b4 there time and out the door miles before everone else ,.So if you do the job right youre knackered nowadays.SWing n roundabouts me erse! God i hate this place now!

Same here...Once liked the job, 11 years on and still no prospect of being full time. Thanks alot Royal fail.

Seriously, there are MUCH WORSE jobs. Not that there aren't many jobs better than being a postman, but bloody hell. It's not that bad. I haven't had another job where I can just put my earphones in and ignore everyone, anyway.

so its a great place to work because of youre earphones? great stuff. no mention of treated like rubbish,no respect ,do as i say or else mentality and like most folk a knackered back n shoulders ,,

Well one of the many jobs I have done was a Human Waste Extraction Operative - Once you got use to the smell,and no friends, I actually liked the job lot better than this one. :sad: :sad:

Does that mean that you actually extracted the waste from humans ?
Just spilt stain-remover down my shirt. Now how do I get that out?

My back and shoulders aren't knackered. You should pack your bags properly. I'm not treated like rubbish either - anyone who treats me like rubbish gets short shrift, be they a manager, a mong, or a member of the public. Some folk take it way too seriously. On the flip-side, there's me who doesn't take it seriously enough, as evidenced by the 'how was your day' thread and what might happen tomorrow, but that's life. I don't worry about it. I value my back, myself, and my personal well being, above anything that Royal Mail might throw at me.
