I have now reached my max payout.
But a thought occured to me and could I put it as a question!
As I get older the time I spent over 40 years old increases.
Every year over 40 years of age pays more. ie 1.5 weeks rather then the 0.5 weeks till 22 and 1.0 weeks over age 22.
So do the 0.5 weeks and the 1.0 weeks drop off as I get older and the 1.5 week years increase?
"Current VR Compensation terms-

0.5 weeks assessable pay for each full year of service under the age of 22; plus
1.0 weeks assessable pay for each full year of service from age 22 to age 40; plus
1.5 weeks assessable pay for each full year of service over the age of 41
added together, the total from the above is then multiplied by 3.75 to give total No of week's entitlement.

Minimum entitlement = 26 weeks compensation
Maximum entitlement = 104 weeks compensation"

Maximum payout is 104 weeks, (2 years wages)
Using the calculator your length of service might come to 107 weeks or whatever, you will only receive 104 weeks.
Good news though, you should be first in line for the EVR if it comes your way.
