How can you be expected to "Remove all Mail" from the trolley when you are delivering to flats? Are you meant to carry 2 bags over your shoulders? Kind of defeats the whole point of using a trolley. Looks like it's back to weight on the shoulder then.fishtank wrote:

So you would need to take 2 bags both weighing 5kg, so the weight is balanced, deliver one, then do the flats. we also got told you dont lock it just keep it within eyesight at the end of the drive or outside the pensioners flats while you nip inside
