According to this months courier you are entitled to one pair of Magnums or Cats a year, and one pair of boots every two years, I am assuming they are talking office staff there, I can get through a pair of Magnums in three months, so under this new directive where I can only wear RM issued footwear, what do I do for the other nine months....stay at home ?

The mag is a complete load of bollocks. World Class Mail? I had a 1st class packet turn up to my house today that was posted last Saturday, and that's pretty good for the DO that does my house cos it usually takes a week

I spoke to a manager recently and he was telling me how pissed off they all are, and that others he has spoken to are thinking of quitting because they're expected to cover walks for 4hrs a day - then have to go out and deliver themselves until 4pm+ when they can't be covered. I asked him if upper managerment knew what's going on with the service falling to pieces and he replied 'They know but they don't care, they're just leaving us to sink'

There's nothing World Class about RM anymore, it's being run into the ground. Reading the courier you'd think everything was going swimmingly. Like Hitler proclaiming victory was close when the allied tanks were rolling into Berlin

In the next sentence it says "Managers must authorise and order replacements if they wear out early". This is what I do. I have got through 5 pairs of shoes so far this year. The CAT shoes only last about 8 weeks and although the magnums do last longer they are way too hot to use in the summer.
