Don't get your hopes up, it'll be another one of these ideas they trial, annouce in the "Courier" and promptly never seen again!. Much like Tomorrows world!. Check out the serial number as well "EV1" , which would lead me to believe its a prototype-unless any Oxford posties can tell us more?.
