Not for me that site - if they are that disgruntled with the manager why not say it to their face - I mean, you have a crap manager he's giving you s**t, when he's done you calmly say "I know where you live", or, "You look really attractive when you're angry" - that one sends them apoplectic, or "can I ask, are you homosexual or homophobic", or "where do you go for a drink to relax, perhaps we could meet up unexpectedly". Always with a smile of course.
