Overtime
The ex-PHG in our office normally inputs all the overtime information as part of his job, This work has now been taken from him without agreement and he has been told that it should be done by a manager. We believe the work is correct for opg grade. Who does it in your office?

Done by a manager in our office... that way he can cancel hours when he feels like it!

anybody can input the OT in Vpay and send it to SPC Variable pay inbox. The only requirement is that the 552s have to be certified and authorised by a manager, but the admin job of inputing the figures and sending them can be done by OPGs, AGs, LAs or anybody working in the bookroom.

Is it that the DOM, whoever that might be this week or this month, hasn't enough work to do and needs this task to help pass the time ?
Or doesn't he trust the ex-PHG ?
