Ours must be suffering from Polymenorrhea then because i can't get through a week without wanting to throw in the towel.

every office is different because thats the way RM like it, as soon as they have a so many offices doing what they want they use them to push through thier changes, just like they are doing just now, some offices are in the middle of these so called changes, some refusing and some wondering whats going on,and all the time the CWU are, well they are........... ehmm well they are ................

THEY have not got a bloody clue matey Local Reps take all the sh+t , some good some bad but at yhe end of the day
who gives a s**t when your your own M8S stab you in the back, coming in early , not taking breaks etc, drives me nuts

I have worked for many companies,where national rules and working methods apply sure this is standard business sense.

The other day I did something, something that happens in many offices daily and in other offices in my town,yet I was told by rep (not manager),what I did was Gross misconduct ?
yet in another office it would have been standard practice,no wonder RM is in a mess .

My local agreement pre 2010 agreement was to up the delivery span to 4hrs hense (yes i'm sure you're bored of hearing it) i am on a 4 day week.
Local agreements can work if you do them properly.
