leadership allowances
can someone tell me if the leadership allowance is an assigned allowance or can a dom just pay it you when you cover his duty for that day

you should be able to get leadership on any number of days your job requires it. Now, if you are doing your DOMS job you should get higher sub pay, which is more than leadership.
