WCM and all projects "on hold/scrapped"

All management projects,including WCM to be put on hold/scrapped.All managers on projects to be put back onto line manager duties,even if this means relocating to other MC's!Just in my area,or others heard this.News broke friday here..........

My DOM said he had a conference call on Friday from the DSM, telling all the Managers RM have a major cash flow issue and as a result no overtime was to be allowed and that more lapsing was to be done.
They have been told they have to save, save and save some more as the situation is critical.One of the things they did was to stop all the missort runs in the region, but got pulled up on it and have now had to put them back in because of the USO.
It will be fun next week because if they keep to the no overtime rule, i can see a lot of cut off's coming so should be a fun week, Presure Presure and even more Presure, Happy Days.

Why don't they just put all the line managers back in blue shirts and make them work for a living?
It would show the troops that we are all in it together and they are serious about sharing the pain.

Why would you want that?....i don't want to see anybody lose their job to make room for those tossers.

world class mail is still alive at gatwick we seem to have more managers than posties,all doing stupid jobs like putting recycing bins out and putting lovely blue tape to mark where the bin goes. I had a run in with them is week they moved my working area with out telling me then they told me how i wanted so i just walked out and them do whatever. All because they want the bronze award when the supid proffessor comes this month ! perphaps they might get another day out at thope park like before if they do !
