holiday entitlement after 15 years ???

20 years or you can buy extra up to 6 weeks.
For FT costs around £9 a week.

guess next year it won`t coat as much to purchase , money saved should pay for an extra pint a week

Don't like that as I worked there for 5 years and find 3.5 weeks off restrictive for booking holidays. I mean if there is 5 or more weeks I could use floating week off perk and make it a 7 weeks break for Australia if I can afford it.

5 weeks 1 day for 15 years

6 weeks for 20 years (Thats me August next year, so no more having to purchase leave )

Would bump mine up to six weeks but it would seem a bit pointless. As they never let you have the time off when you want it. So many people have left the only way they let you take time of in my office now is if you do the DIMS work, and ensure that somone will cover it on ovetime while your off. If you can't get anyone to commit to doing it you can't have the time off you are entitled too
