Even if he was so what - being a manager does not invalidate someone's argument it just shows where they are coming from in it. I have to be honest and say one of the most frustrating things on RMC is how we tend to dismiss someone's argument based on their position in the Union or in Management. I think if we debated their stance on here rather than dismiss them, we would be a better source for information than we already are.

I hate the management style currently pervading RM, and I have no respect for individuals who treat OPGs with little or no respect, but I also think if we do the same on RMC then how can we say we are any better.
