kent sub offices being moved into MLO's

anyone got any thoughts on the news that many sub delivery offices in kent will be moved into various other offices on the back of MLO closures in kent and the building of a new super MLO in Strrod kent, i for one am not happy with being forcefuly moved into another office, nice to be consulted on the matter, although we have known of these proposals for months another great RM idea, there are some right tossers that think up these things and don't give a toss about employees

It's the future,take out all the cost sapping little ones and move them into a cost saving bigger one.

My sub office &others in my area might move to big office sometime ( 13 miles away). Does MTSF and/or family friendly rules come into it? MTSF rules include medical reasons for not moving ( evr instead )- working in a bullyboy management atmosphere would see me off sick with stress in no time. Family friendly rules - I would miss the school run and if the missus wants the car I could`nt get to work .

we had or briefing on this today where our DOM said it wasn't a done deal yet that we will be moving, there will be a consultation period, right my arse, just like the pension one, RM, just say F : you we're gonna do it anyway like it or not!!!!

We had our briefing today aswell.........he told us nothing new..........totally pointless.
