Can someone tell me how much notice Royal Mail must give you if they require you to come back to work. I have been asked to come back to work with only 2 weeks notice i was led to believe they would give me 3 months notice

Usually you agree a fixed return date at the beginning of your career break but you are normally asked to work a minimum of 2 weeks a year.
You should receive at least 6 weeks notice of this.
