TNT DELIVERING D2D

I was on my walk this morning and and a TNT distribution worker was delivering d2d on the opposite site of the street...
He said that workers got the bare minimum for doing the job and workers were treated like s**t ... Due to management not knowing how
to run a distribution service properly. He also stated that employees were binning items and giving up the work after a couple o weeks work.
Anything sound similar here lol!!!!!!!
